Founded in 2016, Elevation Supply Company is the collaboration of 3 longtime friends with a combined snowboarding experience of over 75 years. Born and raised in the upper Midwest, we understand a thing or two about inclement weather. With a desire to create a more versatile glove for warm & frigid days, ESC was born. We are here to help enable your outdoor experience as much as possible and keep you out there doing what you love. Spend more days on the hill, more time with friends, and keep seeking that next big thrill.

Adam Hollenzer
Since he began snowboarding in 1991, ESC founder Adam Hollenzer immediately realized his passion and love of the sport. Being outdoors, a vision of developing an outerwear line was soon to follow. Always being a dreamer and seeking the thrill of adventure, finding the creative connection has been the basis for his approach to design since he began some 18 years ago.
Since I can remember I have always looked at things differently. I gravitate towards the unique, not the uniform.
The concept of Elevation Supply Company (ESC) came in 2005 while operating as the Creative Director and lead designer at a Wisconsin based apparel company. Since then ideas have been realized, developed, tested and implemented. Teaming up with two of his longtime friends and fellow mountain meanderers, ESC was born.
It’s all about the pursuit of adventure, the daringness to dream and the experiences shared.

Ian Mullarney
Introduced to snowboarding by his family, Ian has been riding since he was 8 years old. An annual spring vacation to Colorado started a lifelong love for snowboarding, being outdoors, traveling and exploring everything the world has to offer. It has taken him places he would have never gone, shown him the unbelievable beauty and extreme elements of nature that has lead him to friends he will never forget.
Putting yourself outside of your comfort zone is the best way to grow, learn and experience life. If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing to the best of your ability.
Ian is dedicated to ESC because he wants to create excitement, confidence, comfort and memories for everyone. ESC should be a conduit to enable you to live happier, love stronger and experience more. Extending days with friends until the bitter end or by hanging on to your favorite hoodie as long as possible, it’s all about quality and performance.
I want to be able to give back, or pay it forward whenever possible. keep pushing for what’s next and learning as I go.

Seth Nicholson
Raised in the cold, damp winters that Wisconsin is known for, Seth’s parents strapped a pair of skis on their rambunctious 4-year-old to burn off his endless energy. A few years later, he was introduced to a snowboard and has never looked back. This sport, this passion, this community and the comradery that comes with it has long been a staple to his sanity.
If you don’t take that leap of faith, hitting that ominous jump, or dropping that steeper & deeper line, someone else will and you’ll be riding last. Always blaze your own trail
Always an advocate for the ski & snowboard industry, Seth continually looks for ways to educate & excite others to pursue their interest in the sport. Whether they’re just strapping in for the first time, coming back to the game after a few years off or one of his constant comrades found on the hill, he welcomes them, pushes them, and grows with them.
Seth has worked with some of the largest snowboard manufacturers which has allowed industry exposure and insight. There is always an opportunity for improvement and ESC is focused on elevating the sport and its riders to the greatest heights.
